Keeping a Stable Ride With the Ford Escape

There are a lot of factors that go into how reliable and safe a vehicle is. One of the factors is how stable the vehicle is. The new Ford Escape has features that help with the stability of the ride for the driver. This makes it easier to control the vehicle in less than ideal conditions.

The Ford Escape has the AdvanceTrac with Roll Stability Control feature which detects wheelslip, roll motion, oversteer or understeer. This works to make sure that you are able to keep control of your vehicle while you are driving in the rain or on gravel or ice.

Another feature for the vehicle is the towing capacity of the vehicle which is 3500 lbs. This capacity is made possible with the Class II Trailer Tow Package. This works well with the 2.0L EcoBoost engine. Braking and other measures are applied in order to make sure that the vehicle maintains control.
